A foggy morning in OneState

On the day of Record 13 the totally controlled city of OneState was submerged in fog. This brief condition of intense fog presents an opportunity for each number of OneState to understand themselves as their physical self without the pressures of convention, rather than as a minutiae surrendered to a collective machine. The freedom from convention is unnerving. The language of total control has disappeared into the glaring intensity of early morning fog, even if only fleetingly. However, this ephemeral condition represents an empowering glimpse of freedom.

Declaration of InterDependence

Interdependence is taking the filing cabinet of everything that ‘matters’, tipping it onto the floor and immersing yourself in the contents. The mass of information and knowledge becomes more complex than is possible to ever understand, but ultimately it is real and binds together our existence. Our role is to constantly revaluate which issues are most important, remembering that this is continually changing, and bring these items to the surface. Interdependency is not a tidy or orderly process but can be managed through practicing tolerance and empathy.
